weight and karat. Once your gold arrives at our processing facility, your gold
will be professionally weighed, tested for precious metal content, and assigned
a net value. A complete breakdown of your settlement piece by piece will be
included with your payment. There is NO Risk and NO Obligation!
If for any reason you are not satisfied with
the payment we send you, and would like your items returned, simply call
1-877-799-3729 within 48 hours of receipt or within 14 days of
the date printed on the check and you will receive instructions for the return
of your gold or other form of your valuables. We will promptly return all of

Why should you have to complain about not being paid enough and then

How do I use the GNH gold submission kit?
Your GNH gold submission kit will arrive at the address you have provided in a standard business envelope. It includes three components:
> Your custom, tri-fold receipt form that tells us where to send your check and provides you with other information regarding your transaction;
> A polymer bag to allow your items to stay together; > A puncture proof Tyvek envelope in which you can mail the receipt form and bag back to the GNH processing plant.
** Note: We DO NOT claim to be refiners. This would be dishonest. We deal with a refinery and still pay 7% more than any online competitor!

All you need to do is fill out the customer submission form (Trifold), put your gold items in the thick polymer bag to safely hold your
gold, put the form and bag in the 6×9 puncture proof Tyvek envelope and put it in the mail. Postage and insurance are prepaid by us! If you think you need more insurance than the $100.00 provided free by GNH, we suggest you purchase it at your own
expense.

You state “24 Hour Payment” What does that mean?
We mean that upon arrival of your gold submission kit, the processing and issuing of a check will be completed within 24 hours – guaranteed!
How long does the entire process take?
The end to end process can take as little as 7 days. Your gold submission kit will be insured and traveling to us via USPS mail, which could take up to 3-4 days depending upon where you
live. And it could take a similar amount of time for our payment check to travel back to you.
What if the GNH gold submission kit is too small to hold all of my items?
Simply, make a request for another gold submission kit. If you feel that even two submission kits would not be enough, simply call our customer service Estate Specialist at 1-877-799-3729
and arrangements will be worked out. We were Estate buyers before we were online gold buyers.
What if I’m not sure something is made of gold?
If the items are real gold, they will possess a quality mark. By United States law, a “k” mark representing karat must appear on the back of an authentic gold piece, along with the
manufacturer’s trademark and country of origin to guarantee the authenticity of the gold.
Items marked 1/10 GF. They are gold-filled – not solid gold. We do not accept Gold-Plated, Gold-Filled, or Gold-Leaf
pieces. We do not accept silver unless approved by our Estate Specialist verbally over the phone.
Additionally, we do not accept Costume jewelry.
Do you accept items with Gemstones?
We accept gold jewelry set with gemstones, but they are not considered in determining the value of your gold and you will not get
them back. Please remove all stones and DO NOT send sentimental or heirloom items which will get melted after 14 days of receipt unless we hear from you.
